If you have a dog you need Trupanion

I wish all insurance companies worked like Trupanion. I have two pets that are insured and I have NEVER had one problem with a claim. Trupanion responds quickly too. I tell everyone I know that has a pet that they need Trupanion.

I was upset that I was not able to add the Acupuncture Rider to my policy.

I was upset that I was not able to add the Acupuncture Rider to my policy. It was stated that an email was sent in December giving us 30 days to add the rider. I do not remember seeing an email, period. But I receive over 400 emails a day and could have very easily missed it. I’m very disappointed we were only given one chance to add the rider, especially to long lime customers such as our family
