Trupanion has saved me on so many occasions. I have a 2 1/2 yo dog with inflammatory bowel disease. Fortunately, with a certificate for a fee month from our vet, we insured her with Trupanion when we got her. Her veternarian bills and prescription bills would have prevented us from taking care of her if you hadn't gotten Trupanion. Claims are always taken care of promptly, and, in fact, our veternarian sends them the bill first and we just have to pay our vet the co-pay. I have had to make a few phone calls, but my issues were resolved quickly with the efficient and helpful representatives.
