Not worth it

I'm glad it ended up getting covered, but then again not really because it's still money out of my pocket that I will never see again and if I had no insurance it would be no different. So I will be cancelling my insurance.

I’m not impressed because the cost of the vet visit cannot be claimed. You only cover testing and medication

Great Experience

I have paid into Trupanion for 8 years and never had a claim. Bentley went to the vet and had a couple of issues. When I got home Trupanion had already taken care of the claim.

Smooth, fast and worth every penny!

I had been putting off filing this claim for weeks, thinking it was going to be a hassle. I could not have been more wrong. Filing was super fast and easy. I received plenty of status updates from Trupanion, and my reimbursement was processed within a few days. I even got a bit more money back than I was expecting!
