I have no negative experiences with Trupanion. They’ve been quick to address any issues I may have had, as well as any inquires. I’ve been fortunate enough to not use them yet, but I’m confident it will be an easy process.

Trupanion gives us peace of mind especially after our prior kitty crossed the rainbow bridge from cancer. Knowing our Pirate one-eyed kitty will be covered if anything happens helps us sleep at night. It’s affordable and our local vet can have payments sent directly to them without a fuss!

Trupanion is easy to work with. You always talk to a helpful person on the phone. They are customer service oriented. When my dog recently had a dental and needed a tooth pulled after an incident, part of that cost was covered. I had not expected that. Pleasant surprise.
