Good sevice, terrible pricing
While customer service was good and rates were generally good, the fact that they raised my premium by over $1200 after three years of claim-free coverage and tried to claim it was because of normal increases is laughable. Scalping clean driving customers for more money because your profits aren't high enough is terrible business, and I will never recommend Sonnet to anyone because of this.

I can’t say enough wonderful things…
I can’t say enough wonderful things about TRUPANION Pet Insurance!!!! I have had policies with TRUPANION for approximately two years. During that time, both of my dogs had medical conditions that required expensive diagnostics and procedures. After meeting my deductible, TRUPANION picked up 90% of all additional costs! They did that immediately, and kept me informed with emails. I am referring everyone I know to get their pet insurance through TRUPANION.

Buddy developed a heart condition !!
Buddy developed a heart condition that required a cardiologist and four day's in a emergency hospital. I was surprised at how the charges were mounting up. When I submitted the receipts to Trupanion they couldn't have made it any easier. Their customer service representatives were so helpful and seemed concerned about Buddy's health condition. I'm so thankful for having Trupanion to help with Buddy's on-going medical bills. If you have a pet that you love, get Trupanion and don't worry about the cost.

Peace of mind is priceless
I have 4 dogs one is a 9 month old English Bulldog named JakeEBlue, JakeEBlue got a prolapsed urethra at 7 months old and not ever having a dog who had gotten anything like this I was very worried The surgeries yes more then one to correct was extremely expensive and Trupanion was with me all the way they payed the 90% no question s asked no hassles at all .I only needed to submit bills and proof and all was taken care of Having bulldogs or any dog in ur life is a blessing and when they get injured or sick its a helpless feeling especially with no insurance the bills can be staggering but with Trupanion all the stress over money is gone I was able to concentrate on getting JakeEBlue the best care possible without having to worry about the cost I did have to lay out the money but that was the hospital s policy not Trupanion and I will say Trupanion reimbursed me with a direct payment right into my bank account Well JakeEBlue is doing great amd I will always say Trupanion is the absolute best insurance to have for your pet especially breeds like bulldogs and other brachycephalic dogs that may get sick or be prone to more medical issues

Trupanion is so good to me and my pet
Trupanion is so good to me and my pet. I've been with them for a few years now and never encountered a problem. Exceptional customer service and prompt re-imbursements. My pet developed diabetes and Cushing's disease in 2018. I wouldn't be able to afford his care or medications but thanks to Trupanion I am able to provide my pet with the best care. So grateful for them.
