Our bully Lola had ACL trouble in the left leg. 6 months later the other knee did the same thing. During the stress of seeing our pup in pain, we received amazing care from our vet. Finding out she may need surgery was shocking. I submitted the invoices to Trupanion, did it all online and it was super easy process. Trupanion covered our girl hips and knees for her lifetime at 90%. I can't tell you the ease of experts who explain EVERYTHING, coverage that lives up to its selling points, and piece of mind financially for us. Trupanion continues to stand with us with real life applicable insurance. Bravo team Trupanion!!!! Bravo

I thought Fetch (originally PetPlan) was the best value after comparing with other pet insurance companies. The cost per month for the deductible & coverage amount I chose was a better price than anyone else I had looked into. Last month my beloved Sal was having trouble and needed an MRI. If I didn't have the insurance, I would've had to choose between his life or not going broke. My claims were all approved with no trouble, and in a timely manner. I'm very thankful for my Fetch insurance! I can't recommend it enough.

Turn around time is a little slow but, claims are always well explained.
My only issue is the turn around time between turning in my claim and receiving a reimbursement. However, I am aware that the delay may not have been completely on Pet's Best. If the hospital didn't provide the documentation necessary then, they played a part. Otherwise, I'm satisfied and will continue with coverage for both of our dogs. The reimbursement amount is tremendously appreciated and I'm grateful that we had the coverage.
