My little Yorkie was critically ill and Trupanion paid me within 24 hours. I was very impressed and it was one thing I didn’t have to worry about. Trupanion has been so good I would highly recommend this company. I will always have insurance on my dogs from now on since you never know when an emergency will happen.

There was no place to enter the code provided by my veterinarian. I had to call in. Rep was pleasant but obviously reading from a script and did not seem interested in answering questions and he was in a hurry. He did answer my questions but I had to keep interrupting him as he was trying to get me off the phone.
