Annie was very pleasant and was able to complete exactly what I asked for.
Annie was very pleasant and was able to complete exactly what I asked for. Only thing was I wished the online app would allow me to change my deductible without calling in. Oh and online chat kept referring me to check for answer under Faqs however nothing addressed deductible changes there.

The rep clarified the claim decision. Unfortunately my vet bundled a diagnostic test with screening tests with just one charge. Next time I will tell them to separate the tests.
