Off to a great start already ....
I haven't even begun using my new service with Fetch for my 2 little kitties yet, but the customer service was truly excellent in helping me to understand all that Fetch has too offer and made me feel very comfortable and happy choosing the right plan for me & my fur-babies. IIona was very knowledgeable and so helpful answering all my questions, offering advice and explaining everything I needed to know. So I thank her and I thank Fetch Insurance as I look forward to hopefully not needing to use my insurance for anything serious but knowing that I am in good hands if I do.

Healthy Paws has great service and processes claims quickly
When our dog Dash developed a limp, x-rays showed he may have compressed disks in his spine. The vet recommended an MRI, at $3,500. We knew Healthy Paws would be there for us, so we said yes. Healthy Paws approved the claim and sent reimbursement in days. Best of all, the MRI showed no neurological damage. We couldn't be happier with Healthy Paws.

40 days and 40 nights-but really longer
We signed up due to the marketing of fast re-pay. (2-4 weeks is what website says) Deductible is $250 and somehow they snuck in a $50 copay. Called in after silence for 2 weeks. Customer service said they don’t even have access to claims department. Called back at 4 weeks. Same answer. 6 weeks later , reimbursement received minus $50 for a copay we didn’t read the fine print on. Pets Best should increase their communication with the client. Insurance is also about customer service. I literally give you money monthly to “hopefully” be taken care of on the off-chance my dogs get hurt.
