The best thing I ever got my pet and me
This is the first time I have gotten pet insurance and boy am I glad I did. Constant ear and skin issues. We ended up doing allergy testing and who knew dogs could be allergic to people dander. It has paid for itself many times over. Trupanion has always had an extremely fast response time.

Horrible Experience
This process was not at all how it has been in the past. It took 18 days for the claim to process and when it was processed I got way less back than I had anticipated. I’m really not happy about the coverage and I am actively looking for different insurance options that will actually be straight forward about their process and apparently the limit they put on a claim.
