Only complaint was it took 2 weeks to process. Other than that it was an easy process and the explanation of benefits break down was very helpful.

Scam company
I’ve had a policy with embrace for over 8 years and now it’s almost $4000 a year. They up it 30% every year as soon as your pet has the slightest issue. They play on the “pre-existing conditions” to trap people as dogs get older. Please go elsewhere, the customer service are lovely but very unaware of the company they work for.
