Friendly agents and peace of mind
This is the first time I had to call an agent for help. She was extremely friendly and helpful. All issues have been resolved. The amount of time it takes to process a claim and get your money is slow, but I am still thankful for it, especially since my puppy is a puppy and gets into things he shouldn’t. Once I get some extra income coming in, I’ll happily add my cats to the insurance as well.

6 months of complaining and nothing has been fixed
The app and website are always down. I've had to submit almost every claim by email or phone. Customer service is terrible. Even when they finally reached out by email to say they'd fixed my account and did it work now, they ignored my response that no, it was still not working. If the company I worked for did not offer Fetch as a free benefit, I would 100% take my business some place else.
