So impressed with the claims processing. Very quick and fast! Thankful that we signed our pup up with Trupanion years ago. He now has a condition and we can focus on his well being and not have to worry about the full burden of the costs.

I am paying a lot of money for two healthy pets… the price goes up exponentially each year and my pets are still young. I just submitted a claim for over $600 and still received nothing back. I don’t even think I met my small deductible of $250!!!!! I m not sure why a bill this big for an injury would not provide some monies back given all the money I have put into their insurance. I don’t feel like you have good pet health in mind… I am extremely disappointed in this company and make sure I don’t recommend

Your AI screening is erroneous and quick to decline claims. Your reviewers assign their own diagnoses and claim the claim submission is pre-existing, as opposed to what the veterinarian has listed as a diagnosis. Multiple appeals due to errors on your part. I would change insurance companies if I could, but then my dog's issues would be "pre-existing."
