Trupanion has helped me with Rosie’s care for many years now. Fantastic customer service. Sometimes claims can be a little slow, but usually they pay out claims quickly!

Disappointing
So disappointed with Embrace Pet Insurance. I signed up 10 months ago and submitted my first claim for a $30 medication prescribed by my vet. I received an email saying that my claim would only be processed once they received detailed medical history from all veterinary offices where my dog was examined 12 months prior to the start of your policy through the end of the waiting period. A month later, I was informed that my claim was denied and that additional exclusions were added to my policy. Very disappointed that this was the result for a $30 insurance claim, which made me lose all confidence for any future claims, especially for major injuries. Needless to say, I am no longer an Embrace customer.

I felt kind of “ghosted” once I signed and paid. Not a word in over a week, except requests for a review. No welcome. No words of wisdom to keep your pet safe and healthy. Just….nothing.
