I found the agent to be kind of rushed and cold. She seemed to be eager to get me off the phone. She answered my questions but it seemed like it was grudgingly done. Usually the agents I speak to are accommodating and warm. I didn't get that impression this time. I had questions because I was registering a new dog but I didn't feel satisfied with the service.
i chose the rating because everything has been smooth so far. I will have a better opinion if/when I must do a claim (hopefully, there will never be a need for a claim!)

I believe my questions were respected and answered in an honest way. The person I was talking with knew the program well and I sensed that she was very familiar with and loved animals. She understood the concerns of the pet owner as well as she knew the program she was selling. Very personable and I did not feel as if I was being rushed in any way to make a decision on purchasing the pet insurance.
I been wanting to settle on an Insurance for my kitten, recommended by my Vet. just didn't have time to sit down to interactive with ur emails....Finally the one with the subject line "Last Day..." spurred me to open the email Was glad for the toll number to call. Was glad for the immediate friendly youthful voice who answered,. The enrollment was swift & efficient, unlike what I had thought a lengthy ordeal. I was pleasantly aurprised!!!
