Unfortunately I trusted Costco when I…
Unfortunately I trusted Costco when I signed up for this health insurance for my dog. Each time I send a claim, it comes back denied. When I call them they never know why is denied. They want notes from the Vet which is on the invoice and discharge paperwork. They still insist that they need more paperwork. They also charged us more for deductible because I went on my own to look for the a policy from them online and it was half deductible than the one they offered when I got it through Costco. Very awful customer service, everything is denied. They barely answer emails. I cannot believe this company hasn't gone out of business yet.

Never thought of purchasing pet…
Never thought of purchasing pet insurance before, until I adopted a rescue that was older and only had one eye at the time of adoption. Turns out, I have never had to use the insurance for that! Ever! This boy has severe allergies! He is groomed monthly but has constant skin and ear issues! Poor pupper! MetLife pet insurance is very quick and efficient. Web site is easily used. Check is directly deposited in checking/savings. Would recommend!!
