So Slow and expensive for the high deductible….keep looking
Slow doesn’t even cover how slow they really are. This insurance has a high deductible- you are better off putting what you would pay in a savings account. Not worth it

I was found at fault for an accident…
I was found at fault for an accident where I was not to blame. Circumstances dictated that I was in a no win situation. Avoidance would have caused even more damage and possible injury to others. I was not at fault according to the OPP. I was not charged with a traffic offence. The Ombudsman you employ is clearly bias in the favour of the insurers. My insurance premiums almost doubled, for a driver who has never had an accident in the past and never any claim. This whole process has stained irrevocably my driving record and I am now considered a liability. I am retired and drive less than 100km a week. I am hardly a risk and I am very disappointed.

Healthy Paws wouldn't cover an Unhealthy Paw!
I joined Health Paws in 2017 and have been quite happy with their service. Until now. My 4-year-old Border Collie tore a pad on his paw that required veterinary attention. I submitted the claim only to be told that they were declining to cover the costs as it was a pre-existing condition - a torn paw! Quite ironic given the company name is "Healthy Paws." They told me that it was declined on the basis of an injury he suffered as a puppy in 2017. The 2017 injury wasn't even a torn paw pad. I appealed the decision and they couldn't even be bothered to reply. This is on top of the fact that they keep increasing my premium with no explanation. I canceled my policy and will try my luck with Lemonade.

Let me pay 50 bucks to wait 10 days to get coverage. Do you guys plan on reimbursement for the days not covered? Or do you lower first month to meet those days not covered. Sounds like You do neither appreciate it .

I would like to start by saying I was very surprised at the price ove just plod ( way higher then anyone else I was quoted from . Having said that to add full coverage to my car was only a 135 dollar option for my policy so I took it . Full overage from say intact was a full thousand dollars more . Overall I'm very happy with the level of service I have reserved and have told all my friends and loved ones about you when it's renewal time and I hear them all talking about it .

Sonnet has been incredible! The quote you get online is the price you pay! Simple as that. Easy to make changes to the policy also!!

For the most part I like Sonnet
For the most part I like Sonnet, very inexpensive and convenient. I did not like that my policy went up 9 dollars a month this year (with no claims) but it is still less than most other insurance companies.

Dog got bit by a rattlesnake and racked up a bill of over $2000. My insurance paid the majority of it with little to no fuss. Great service to have!
