I had to submit a series of receipts as my dog received a series of injections. So on the form it only has three lines. My dog was getting shots twice a week for 4 weeks. If the form to submit had a few more lines that would be great. But other than that everything was excellent. The email that I received for the status of my submission and the link to the explanation of benefits is greatly appreciated. Thank you so very much!

Saving Sushi
My 5 yr old male cat Sushi has been battling osteosarcoma and PetsBest has literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars. The first claim took around a month to process and while that was a little stressful they were able to approve it. After the first claim the rest were a breeze. If any issues came up I could just give them a call (30-45 min wait time but I didn't mind) and we would talk through the problem. I'm so incredibly grateful for PetsBest, they are angels and I will always recommend them to everyone.
