Reviewed at least 5 other companies and went back to this several times before choosing it. Did get email from them routinely which helped. I have has dogs since 1985 but this is only 2nd time I have had inside as other was big disappointment. Just got this dog in April , he was just 3 years after I got him and seems healthy but friend just had 10,000.00 vet bill but had insurance which made me decide

If there was a way to add primitive care instead of emailing, would be great. I made a mistake and didn’t chose the additional package. Emailed as soon as I noticed. It’s been a week and I have yet to hear back from anyone about adding the primitive care plan
