Great service
Great service. My poor pup had a split tooth, and it needed to be remove in a major surgery. Healthy Paws customer service was so helpful in talking through my policy and what would be covered. Submitting the claim and getting reimbursed was no hassle. Recommend them so highly

Trupanion has been a lifesaver this year
Trupanion's "per condition" deductibles have been a lifesaver in caring for my cat with two chronic conditions. Submitting claims and receiving reimbursements is astonishingly easy. I am so grateful that this company exists.

The BEST pet insurance Company!
Trupanion has been the absolute BEST pet company to work with!! They have helped me immensely with the veterinary costs to treat my dog's cruciate ligament tear & other issues. Their customer service is exceptional. No long waits & they are in America! Their claims department is very efficient. Their communication is fast & thorough. I would not be able to afford treatment for my dog if it wasn't for Trupanion. I only wish more veterinary offices would recommend & set up direct pay accounts with Trupanion. If you are in the process of choosing a pet insurance, don't hesitate with choosing Trupanion!!

Very happy with Figo
I was skeptical about getting insurance for my cat. After some research I chose Figo. So far I am very happy with them. I put in 2 claims and both were paid in a timely fashion. When I had to call to ask about a claim the representative was very nice and helpful.

I wouldn't get a dog without getting a Trupanion policy
I've always had 2 dogs at a time. They were mostly healthy but illnesses and injuries happen. Trupanion got me through the financial hit of those times. Without the insurance, I couldn't have afforded the treatment they needed and may have lost them. Trupanion has lived up to their obligation promptly and without hassles.I would (and have) recommend them highly.

All pet insurance companies are trash
All pet insurance companies are trash. I started policy 15 days before I can actually pick up kitten from breeder so that she could be covered for 6 hour drive home and had to cancel because they called me to ask questions and said the 14 day waiting period begins after I pick her up. Despite the "30 day satisfaction guarantee" they allege they will not refund full price, they will charge me for the day of insurance.

The reps are very nice and helpful and you must satisfy a deductible before claims are paid.
I am Satisfied with the kindness given by phone reps that take my calls. Thank you to Trupanion for finalizing my claims. I would recommend Trupanion to friends and family.
