New submission practice a great idea
Trupanion has reliably come through with every insurance claim. I really appreciate the new program where the Vet's office can send the bill straight to Trupanion. However, now I don't know where that started and where the old method left off. I will have to go through all the bills, etc, and make scans. You can see that that is a tedious method, so I am very much happier with the new method.

Whenever there was a glitch, the customer service people were very helpful and capable in resolving it. Having health insurance for my cat who has several medical issues has made it possible to give him a happy and comfortable life.
