My dog sustained an injury. In order to diagnose and prognose, an exam is required. Trupanion didn't cover the exam for the injury. Trupanion wasn't there for me when I expected them to be there financially.

Trupanion is Great to Work With
I submitted the invoices, incorrectly I believe but when I called, the Customer Service Rep told me not to worry they would figure it out. They processed the invoices right away and paid through direct deposit. I didn't have to do anything else. It only took a couple of days to get paid.
