I had an unexpected medical emergency with my cavalier spaniel on a Sunday. I had to take her to an emergency vet and the total bill was very expensive. Embrace insurance paid exactly what my policy said it would. They were very timely with their response and with my reimbursement as well. I would recommend them.

Stay Away!
I never leave reviews, but if I could give negative scores to these guys, I would. The only good thing about this insurance company is that the reps you’ll speak with are super nice (they can’t help you - but they’re still very nice). My pup had a skin infection, so I submitted a claim. Easy, right? Wrong. They state that it should take between 15-20 days to get a response after you submit. No problem. On the 20th day, they tell me they need the entire medical and background file on my dog. No problem. Now it’s another 15-20 days. Just as were nearing the NEXT 20th day, I’m told it’s been denied due to it being “pre-existing” because it shows in our file that he had puppy acne. The rep told me I could contest it by going back to the vet and getting a written statement saying that it wasn’t pre-existing, but that I probably wouldn’t win - even with vet confirmation. I cancelled my account with them. If it was this much of a headache for a small issue like a skin infection - I can’t imagine the nonsense they’d pull for a bigger issue. I’ll put that $100/month into savings for future vet visits myself. Try them out if you’d like, hopefully you’ll have better luck with them then we did. Good luck.

I have called about my dogs ACL being torn, and the devastation I was in and had great customer experience with Kyle. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, up front about expectations for getting my puppy taken care of and the claim submitted. The paperwork was sent out to my email within minutes of getting off the phone. The claim was submitted and processed just as quickly. Thank you Kyle for your hard work and dedication to my fur animal in helping me get him taken care of you're the best! Because of your amazing help, my dog is in full recovery and doing better! :D
