I liked the $10,000 annual coverage…
I liked the $10,000 annual coverage despite the $2,500 annual deductible. All pet insurance policies don’t cover pre-existing, so that clause was off the table as a consideration. Paying $50 a month to get $10,000 protection was a no-brainer.

What a scam
Have had insurance for more than 10 years. First claim denied. Dog had eye infection. Denial excuses make no sense. Don't waste your money. Put aside 100 bucks a month into a savings account.
Responses unlikely
This company is awful. I paid upfront for a year and their website / app never works. I have been trying to file a claim for weeks and cannot submit anything. You call their number and no one picks up. You send them an email and no one responds. Time to reach out to a lawyer to get my money back.

The Embrace website is HORRIBLE!!!
The Embrace website is clumsy, hides info to check for errors, slow to send confirmation emails, in a word: DISASTEROUS! I will be looking to switch my pet insurance just for the HORRIBLE EMBRACE WEBSITE DISASTER!
