Pets Best has been the Best

Our experience with Pets Best has restored our faith in Pet insurance and I will never be without it. Pets Best has been prompt and responsive to ALL our claims and have made the process easy. I found them to be far better than other carriers I have attempted to work. I am very grateful for this insurance and will continue for the life of my pet as well as future pets.

Linus and Trupanion

A year ago, my beautiful kitty Linus was fighting for his life with many problems. For 8 days he was in the Emergency Hospital to,stabilize him. Trupanion was a godsend, they paid thousands of dollars to get my boy through this. The primary diagnosis was diabetes and for the past year had to have daily insulin injections and blood tests every 3 weeks. Trupanion always paid out our claims within 24 hours. Linus and I could not have done this without their help. Thank you so much!

If I could give zero stars I would!

If I could give zero stars I would! I paid $60 a month for my dogs insurance. I take her in to the vet for some seasonal allergy issues and paid $600 out of pocket for it altogether with meds. I submit a claim and my claim is denied! They didn’t pay back any of the money because they stated she went in last year for this. Like YEAH it’s seasonal allergies! Do they only cover Wellness checks?!?! I paid $60 a month for months for nothing! Waste of my money! I cancelled and filed an appeal. Rather take my business to Banfield!!

Sketchy on Payment of Illness Claim

The first time I sent in a claim for payment, it took an extended period of time for processing. This recheck visit, I submitted for payment and payment was denied due to pre-existing condition, although they paid the first visit where he was seen for the original problem. There is no customer service email or chat option and I work nights at the hospital.
