We have been paying into this for three years and most times we make a claim it is declined.
We have been paying into this for three years and most times we make a claim it is declined. While I understand some of the rationale, when we had to undertake exploratory activities to ascertain the nature of a problem, we were told that the expense did not qualify. These expenses are considerable at times and makes me wonder why I’m paying what I do monthly. This premium also just went up and I have had very little benefit.

It was my first experience ever using pet insurance and you made it super easy. I was told by the receptionist that I would more than likely have to pay up front because it was my first time. With the stress of getting Gypsy seen to I forgot my policy number home, but all it took was a simple phone call and everything was looked after immediately! Thank you!
