Disappointing Service!
so far very disappointing! I have been processing a claim for over a month now. They are giving us a run around. First, they closed our claim because we did not submit them papers when we did everything they asked. Now that I have submitted them all the vet records I have of our dog since she is a rescue they said they have to contact the vet themselves and that was said 2 weeks ago and I am at the very moment on the phone with the vet because their ass only makes phone calls to request the data they asked instead of sending an email for a formal request. My dog's surgery was May 2 and I am still fighting for the claim. I am on my 4th follow-up call now and it's a different story all the time! Update: petsbest, I don't post a review just because I waited. This review was because I was given a run around. First time I called, I made sure that you had everything u need. After a week I was told no you don't and that you are waiting for another vet's record which I already sent. You said no, you didn't have it, I was promised you will call them yourselves but no one called as per the agent that I spoke with today. I called the vet myself and was emailed the docs you need and forwarded it to you but no confirmation that you received it. I'm not being petty and I have been patience. You closed our claim bec you said you didn't receive what you requested but we did our part, you didn't do your due diligence, you just closed our claim.
