Very easy to chose the right plan. All the options are clearly laid out and very customizable. The signing up process was very easy too.

This is not the best it's a fraud and should be ashamed to have its name!
It took over a full month to process 1 claim and I was not one reached out to. They barely covered 28% of the visit and gave some unlogical reasons on why. This is such a fraud and scandal. I will be submitting a course of action through my employer so this doesn't happen to hard working Americans.

We have always had good results with Trupanion. We have never had any issues receiving our Claim payments, and when we use the Chat line, we have always had very responsible, and caring staff look after us. We would highly recommend Trupanion to anyone looking for great Pet Insurance.

worst customer service ever
worst customer service ever on hold 3 days for over 30 minutes each time no place to delete a pet 1 returned phone call called back 5 min later got recorded message CLOSED still not sure if my 1 dog was removed paid claims OK

Always accurate and responsive
I bought coverage for my dog, Scooter and not long after, he became diabetic. As a result, I had frequent claim submissions which were always paid accurately with communication throughout each step. We lost Scooter recently and incurred significant expenses. Pet's Best paid all claims promptly and immediately issues a refund of unused premiums paid. In all the years I had their coverage, I never found any fault in any of my interactions with them. Highly recommend.

Don’t wast your money on this.
Very little is actually covered by this insurance. You may be better off just putting aside the same amount of money you pay for insurance in a health account for your pet. There is always a deductible that makes the amount they owe you go to zero. So far I haven’t been able to figure out what or when or if they will actually cover something.
