BIggest complaint is receiving payment
Usually very slow to process claims. This itme was better. Biggest complaint is the payment method. You want me to sign up for some serice, another set of userids and passwords to worry about. So just wait for you to mail a check. If have an account with you - why can't that account be used to handle payments?

I find it hard to give a good review to an expensive insurance company policy that deems everything as a separate medical condition and put it to the $500 deductible Paid for ten years , and not one claim every paid. Dog is older now and has some claims and never paid.
