purchase held high hopes only to be dashed
The actual purchase of the 4 plans for my pet family was simple. It was more Expensive than I had wanted it to be but wanted the coverage offered. Now I go to file a claim on three of my pets and tow r completely denied based on a loop hole with the other the pet. I’m not happy with the insurance overall and will be looking for Other options.

The process was so easy I was so happy with everything. My pup received his wellness check and PetsBest made it very easy for him to get the proper attention he needed. Repayment was nothing less then amazing went directly into my account after I uploaded the invoice from the vet. Their customer service were very helpful and walked me through everything after to give me the knowledge I needed moving forward. ThankTrupanion for being there for us when Tucker has had difficulties!
I insured Tucker as a very young puppy and have been very happy with Trupanion. He was a very healthy puppy. . He developed allergies in later life and Trupanion has enabled us to provide excellent care for Tucker. Thank you, Trupanion.
