Don’t be influenced!
I agree with other reviews that this is a total scam. I was influenced by weratedogs on IG that this was a good product. Not true! I just received my coverage policy and they took every line item from my dog’s vet records and made it into a preexisting condition. Even minor items like the fact that one time she was moving slowly and wouldn’t jump up on the couch. No couch jumping is now a preexisting condition! It seems dishonest to market the coverage one way but supply a very different policy. I canceled immediately.

Terrible service with the reimbursement
Terrible service with the reimbursement, since I had 2 different situations were O was refund less than 70% of what I payed the veterinary, so my humble review is this doesn't help at all, on the contrary, you are paying monthly fees for nothing since you won't get reimbursed your expenses, so I cancelled my policy, this is not what i signed for, it was a lie

Now i get an email asking to upload a invoice that i had already done in the first place so i’m not sure what the issue is, i’ve been on hold for 32 mins and 40 seconds i uploaded as requested for second time they said it would be reviewed shortly because i had this case expedited
