I truly praise your company for handling my dog, Cali-CO’s injury so quickly. I purchased the insurance immediately when I bought my Caucasian Ovcharka, Cali-CO. Her parents were very big and I worried about her hips. She always seemed rather weak in her backend, but one day she began limping. We took her to our vet, whom is an Ortho specialist. She tore her ACL in her right knee. This is a tough road for my big girl, but we pray she gets thru these challenging days. Trupanion paid 90% of the bill…$9,100.00. I’m so grateful to have purchased this insurance and recommend everyone who has a dog to buy it because you never know when you might have an issue. Other insurance has maximum lifetime payouts. Not Trupanion! Thank you. Mary R

I paid for insurance and got no information on what I signed up for.I don't know how much I signed up for ot the conditions of my insurance.I thought I would get something in the mail with a reference number or contact number but I've gotten nothing.So can someone there satisfy me?

I just signed up for Sonnet insurance about a month ago. It was super easy and very straight forward. Prices were very reasonable and I would reccomend them. I had to contact customer support for a simple change and they were helpful!

Concerning Experience
While I received my refunds and they were as expected in terms of the funds, I was very disappointed with the process in which the refunds were distributed. In the past you have automatically put the refunds into my account. Various times I went to check on the status of my refund and they said they were processed and the claims were closed. When I called to say I hadn’t received the money in my account the representative told me that checks were mailed. I was never notified that checks were issued and on their way rather than the automatic deposit. Additionally, the checks issued looked fake although the bank accepted them. Because of the look of the checks I had to take time from my schedule to actually go to a bank and deposit rather than deposit them into an atm or through my banking app. The whole process was frustrating and confusing and not what I’ve experienced in the past with you all which is concerning.

Overall I am happy
Overall I am happy. My only complaint is that I require insurance for belongings in storage and Sonnet does not provide a policy for this. They will cover my belongings in storage for a maximum of 3 months, but not longer. Argh!
