Over all I am happy with Sonnet…
Over all I am happy with Sonnet Insurance. I use them to insure a rental property. I do find their product offering limiting though. It would be nice if they insured rental properties greater then 4,000 sqft.

Website was a little confusing
i think the website is a little confusing. When i first signed up i though preventative was part of the price;. So i was disapointed i had to purchase that in addition and opted out of the preventative. Would be nice if that was more clear.

Great prices
Great prices, but good luck getting tech support to solve issues - their "customer service heroes" (as they call them) ask you 10 minutes worth of security questions, and take 20 minutes to tell you to delete your browser cache, just to finally tell you that an entirely different division does tech support, and they can't be reached directly, and you must wait an indeterminate amount of business days for a callback. I eventually devised a possible workaround to my own issues and had to convince one of the representatives over the phone to help me implement it, and luckily it worked.

Being 71 and a retired male I got one…
Being 71 and a retired male I got one speeding ticket in 2020 and my premium increased by almost 30%. Zero claims. Zero at-fault accidents in 55 years of driving. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
