Peter Excellent help
Peter, helped to establish pet insurance for our dog Boudreaux. He is an 11 year old healthy yellow lab and we are hopeful for many years of good health for him. Peter was very helpful in answering my questions and establishing Bourdreaux's policy.

They don’t pay their claims
They don’t pay their claims. They make excuses why they can’t pay the claims until they finally say “well you’re no longer a member so we’re never going to pay your claim now. They waited right up till the last hours of June to request records from a past vet. If you don’t continue paying 80 bucks a month while they keep thinking about things they will refuse to pay for anything at all. They didn’t even pay the wellness visit which I had extra payment on. Very disappointing and I would not recommend it to anybody at all
