My dog had an aggressive cancer at age 5 thank god i had Trupanion for my baby. The bills for him added up to a little over 45000.00 and not 1 claim was denied and was always paid at 90% prompt without question. Thanks to trupanion i was able to spend 21/2 more years with my dog. Love Trupanion and there people. Great job !!!!!

No response to emails, useless online chat
Received email advising my new policy is ready 10 days before my renewal date only after I emailed asking why I had not yet received anything. Go to website to view new policy and new rate but dead links. Don't even know how much is going to be taken out of my bank. Can't even view my policy. Need to change my due date. Emails are not responded to. The only way to change is through the website. Did I mention DEAD LINKS!!!!!! Online chat was useless. All she did was apologize and claim going to contact billing but never did. Not even given enough time to arrange for new insurance provider. Guess I'll have to wait until the payment comes out to see what my new rate is but still need to change my due date.

So far so good
With so many pet insurance options it’s hard to know if you’ve made the right choice. You wonder if insurance will really cover what they say they will cover and/or reimburse you in a timely manner. I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with Figo. My pup’s medical records were easy to upload and so was her initial wellness visit invoice from the vet. I took a couple of pictures and submitted the claim on my phone. Within 24 hrs my claim was processed and paid directly to my checking account and it received and email explaining my benefits. I was surprised to find they even covered a little more than what I was expecting. Thanks Figo pet insurance!
