Wouldn’t have a pet without Trupanion!
Claims have been very easy to submit. Got a little complicated on one claim because of multiple conditions but everything worked out as promised.

We were mislead by the associate regarding a Ryder, our pup will need water therapy for IVDD, I was told if I add the Ryder the therapy would be covered, but I was not told that it did not cover the therapy Barolo needs for his surgery in August. Ellen who was helping me was very understanding and helpful.

Healthy Paws is there for you when you really need them
I purchased healthy paws insurance when my dog was a puppy or 11 years ago. They have always been a pleasure to deal with and always settle claims immediately. He’s been a very healthy dog and I’ve had relatively few costs but this week he had a tumor removed from his liver so I was concerned that I might receive some pushback about my claim. I live in New York City and it was a pretty complicated surgery and it was expensive yet four days later healthy pause process the claim without a question. I recommend them to everybody I talk to and if I have another dog one of these days I wouldn’t think twice about purchasing insurance from them

Insuring my dog with Trupanion has saved me so much money. They have been great about claims and coverage. The one thing I can think of that would be an improvement is the ability to access previously submitted medical files on the site. It could be a comprehensive folder to share with a vet for ongoing care.

Disappointed
You have no problem taking my monthly payment, but you have not paid one nickel on two claims that have been submitted. One since July for her annual exam and shots, the other for a prescription. Very disappointing as I thought you were a reliable insurance for my pet.
