I have never had such a hard time getting reimbursed for a claim on my pet. It's taken over 2 months and I am told I am missing
I have never had such a problem trying to get reimbursed for a spay. It is almost like I am being frustrated into giving up and not got through with the claim. I knew I shouldn't have got pet insurance.

Two TPLO surgeries this year for my 7 year old Golden. Trupanion makes it so easy to submit a claim and I had payment within 4 days. At this point, I can't believe how great they have been. Their customer service has been truly Top Notch.

VERY happy with Figo Pet Insurance
I'm really happy with Figo Pet Insurance. So far I have only used the Wellness add-on, but it has been very simple - I just submitted the required paperwork online and I had my payment approved and mailed fairly quickly. The required paperwork is a paid bill and a full report from your vet, which are both easy to get and upload on their website. The only thing that is less than ideal is that it is slow to get paid via regular mail, but they do note that and offer a direct deposit option. I don't like giving out my account numbers, so the mail option is fine.

Great Company. Very responsive.
Very responsive and very quick reimbursement. Great company to work with. My cat has insulin resistant diabetes and Trupanion has covered all the medication and testing. I am retired on a fixed income and without Trupanion I would not be able to afford the care for my cat.
