So thankful to have Trupanion
So thankful to have Trupanion for our 11 year old Maltipoo Jackson. He was recently diagnosed with Diabetes and was hospitalized for 8 days to get stabilized. That was 4 months ago. We have been giving him insulin injections twice a day since and he had been doing well until 2 weeks ago when he “crashed” - not eating, vomiting, losing weight and lethargic. He has been hospitalized another 6 days in the last 2 weeks. Thankfully, he responded to all treatment and is home again, doing very well. Without Trupanion, we wouldn’t have been able to afford even the first emergency and would have had to euthanize. Trupanion gives us the ability to say “Yes” to all the diagnostics and treatment Jackson has needed. It is very easy to submit claims on the Trupanion app. I receive a text telling me the outcome and amount of reimbursement within 2-3 days. I receive 90% back of what I paid, with a very few exceptions. I would be heartbroken if we had to say Goodbye to him because of money. Thank you Trupanion!

Constant calling to verify things I've verified three times now.
Insurance I have had for months, still calling to verify stuff that seems to come out of thin air. They 1st contacted every vet within 5 miles of me for pet records even though I've told them, my exact vet, 4 times now that I've used for over 15 years. Little trying as why so many calls to verify the information that I've given them already. Customer service- need to address this....!!!! I'm starting to think I need to call my state farm agent and tell him these issues as I'm now not trusting this company..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing short of perfect
Trupanion is a straight forward insurance company. Their claims system is efficient, speedy and no hassle. I submit a claim and get a response immediately acknowledging the claim is under review. My cat was diagnosed with mammary gland tumors and Trupanion has covered 90% of the surgery and follow on visits. I am super happy with Trupanion and will never ever not get pet insurance again.

Highly recommend
I discovered Pet's Best pet insurance because of the association with Care Credit. My dog is getting older. After researching the Pet's Best coverage plans, I became a client. I am so grateful because since I started with Pet's Best, my dog has needed to undergo a number of medical imaging procedures and has been prescribed some medications for his heart murmur and liver disease. Those tests are not cheap, but I don't worry because I have excellent coverage with the plan I chose and the claim submission/reimbursement process is hassle-free. If you have any furry family members, do yourself and them a favor and make sure they are covered!

The loss of our precious Scottie
The loss of our precious Scottie, Bonnie, after a year of cancer treatment Trupanion was wonderful. Expenses for medicine from Trupanion relieved us of that concern. The conversations with them were understanding and helped us. A truly great company with superior agents and ease to work with.
