Trupanions customer service is excellent. My dog is a French Bulldog so needless to say, he has had a lot of medical issues and Trupanion has been great! I don't know what I would do without them.

I was very impressed with spot ins. when we first signed up during 1st yr. However I believe some of the rules have changed and they are not covering things as before. I feel frustrated on weather to renew or cancel my coverage.
