I've had great experiences with MetLife…
I've had great experiences with MetLife Pet Insurance for both of my dachshunds. The policies are very straight forward and relatively affordable. The claims are very easy to file and if a refund is approved, the payments are quick. I've heard a lot of complaints from other dogs owners with different pet insurance who get the runaround when it comes to coverage, but I've had nothing but positive experiences with MetLife and recommend it any time i get a chance.

Ease of mind for me and my 2 cats
This is my second time receiving reimbursement for an emergency health issue with one of my 2 cats. The first time was about a year and a half ago, and it went very smoothly and really made a difference for my boy Rory. This time, it was Rosco with an emergency and I felt secure knowing PetsBest was so great to me last time. This time I got reimbursed even faster as well, within only a few days. I recommend PetsBest whenever pet insurance comes up, and I am so glad to have it for both of my boys! Thank you to everyone who makes this possible.

They denied all three claims they were…
They denied all three claims they were supposed to cover because of "pre-existing conditions" even though my vet wrote letters there is nothing related and not even same spots or issues. They raised without notifying us $10 more a month and ignored my emails for weeks when I asked the reason. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
