Aileen Is the Reason I Chose Fetch

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Fetch Pet Insurance, thanks to Aileen! From the very beginning, she was incredibly warm, professional, and patient. I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to answer every single one with clear, detailed explanations, making sure I fully understood my options without ever making me feel rushed. Aileen helped me find the perfect plan for my kittens and made what could have been a confusing process feel simple and stress-free. Her knowledge, kindness, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It's rare to find customer service this exceptional. She truly made me feel confident in choosing Fetch as my pet insurance provider. If every representative is like Aileen, Fetch is doing something right! I would 100% recommend both Aileen and Fetch Pet Insurance to anyone looking for pet insurance. Top-notch customer service, outstanding professionalism, and one of the warmest, most pleasant customer service experiences I've ever had.

The WORST

The WORST. When you are paying hefty premiums for months and file a $300 claim with zero response or action, you know it’s a scam. We went to Spot and they have been stellar. I cannot stress enough to please do your research and, by all means, stay away from Embrace. The only thing they ‘embrace’ is your monthly premium. They love your money but refuse to pay for a simple claim. They are a fraud.

Website is very easy to use and…

Website is very easy to use and navigate. The premiums are competitive and much better than our previous pet insurance. The best option is being able to add wellness benefits. Most other pet insurance companies do not have this option. We have not filed any claims, so I am not able to comment on ease of filing or approval of claims at this time. Time will tell......

Claim Denial Experience

I recently submitted a dental claim for my cat. My vet had inadvertently put the wrong date on a record in my cat's file.( I took my cat to the vet on January 2, right after the turn of the year, the vet posted the wrong year) It was at that visit that the vet said her bad breath could indicate a dental problem. I made an appointment for the dental work, which was a few months out. The vet suggested waiting until dental health month because they gave a discount for the service then. My cat ended up having two teeth removed at that visit. I submitted the claim expecting to have some coverage on the nearly $1000.00 claim. My claim was denied because they called it a pre-existing condition because of the misdated file from the vet. I tried to explain to ASPCA, that if they reviewed the information I submitted when I signed up, I had not even gotten my cat until after the date on that record. In addition, I did not start seeing that vet with my cat until 9 months after the date on that record. I called the vet and they acknowledged the mistake, corrected the mistake and resubmitted the document to ASPCA insurance. They would not reevaluate my claim. I tried to submit a new claim since they said the original was closed, they said that incident was denied and would not consider the update from the vet. I have now cancelled my pet insurance (for all three cats I adopted from a rescue at the same time) with ASPCA, and frankly am disheartened by the experience. I don't think I will buy pet insurance again.
