Great service, but the prices are getting ridiculous
It pains me a bit to give Healthy Paws anything less than "10 paws" but the annual premium increases are becoming nothing but absurd. When I signed up in December 2017, my monthly payment was somewhere around $48 per month... fast forward only 4 years later and it's now going to be around $102 per month! They recently sent out an email essentially blaming it on one of their insurance underwriters, Westchester Fire Insurance Company, which sounds like an issue Healthy Paws needs to figure out... not mine. Beyond the cost, their customer service has been nothing but top notch. They're easy to work with and process claims incredibly quick. Their customer service team has always checked in on my pup to see how he's doing after a vet visit. If they can figure out their costs and stop the dramatic premium increases each year, they'd easily be "10 paws".

HealthyPaws is INCREDIBLE!
We wanted to share how incredibly happy and grateful we are to have HealthyPaws for our two boxers. Louie, an athletic and active boxer had a neck injury that required both cervical surgery and physical therapy. HealthyPaws even covered his accupunture and swim therapy. The infrastructure has easy to use electronic submissions and very caring associates.

Sonnet seems like they did good.
Sonnet, came to the market at the right time for so obviously I was thankful because not only being the right time, it was easy to use and informative and reassuring in that process. Sonnet set me up quick and even with a some very minor tech kinks that was mainly the users impatience, I was easily able to maneuver through the website and had solid support from the customer service platform. So far so good Sonnet!

Pets Best Insurance really helped.
Pets Best Insurance really came in handy for me when my pet needed it. My dog had to stay in an emergency hospital for 3 days. Lucky he got better without surgery . Having this insurance made it easier to make decisions about his health. It was really easy to send in the claims and it was a quick turn around for me to get my money back.
