It takes forever to get a vet appointment so having real time access via text and a telehealth visit with vet techs is really convenient. I had questions about my bottle fed orphaned kitten and the vet tech was extremely helpful. The actually vet office is modern and clean. All invoices and treatment plans are stored on the app. So easy and so worth it!
