It's a good company that is reliable to pay claims.
It's a good company that is reliable to pay claims. I was disappointed that being a loyal paying customer for the past 17+ years, I wasn't eligible for a first free month with our new puppy and I had to wait 2 30 days for any illness coverage. This is due to our vet not dealing with Trupanion and not able to offer the deal. This is our third dog we've insured with Trupanion. We were offered a free first month and immediate coverage with pets plus us pet insurance but I declined it because I'm loyal to Trupanion.

The registration process was easy
The registration process was easy and straight forward. They also honored me a discount from work even after I had already registered. However, I haven't had the need to process a claim so I haven't been able to see them in action.

All is good
The price is good, the service offered is good for accident and disease and the service when calling was good. The only issue I had was I didn't get all 3 of my pets policy in the first e mails. I haven't had insurance but I think in long run it may be worth it.
