Even though I have not had to make many claims, thankfully, my experience with customer service representatives at Trupanion has always been excellent. They are knowledgeable, patient and seem to really care about my pet¡¦s wellbeing. Claims are very easy to initiate and the response is quick.

great person I talked to but a little lack of communication
Claire was very nice but the problem I had was when I talked to her she quoted me a price of $83.50 a month and I live paycheck to paycheck so my money is very tight so when I checked my balance todat it said the payment that you folks took out was $118.50. No one told me about and extra fees so the money I needed to pay a different bill is now going to be short. It just would be nice if she told me the correct total when we talked earlier thats all.... Thank you for your time. Everything is ok just let the next person know up front
