ASPCA is a complete scam and a joke
ASPCA is a complete scam and a joke. I've been paying $100 a month for absolutely nothing but excuses for claims. Evidently they expect me to get my dog's records instead of calling the vet themselves as it is been 2 months with two claims. If they would invest the time and effort to process claims as any company that's not incompetent would do instead of using that time and effort to make excuses it might be a good insurance company. Absolute disgrace to pet owners

I don't seem to be able to get an answer about reducing my deductible. And I really hate it when I can't get a person on the phone when I call. I realize you are probably short-handed, but for goodness sake, find a way to call people back instead of expecting them to be on hold for a long time. I have been somewhat successful getting a to my question by using email, but your representative obviously doesn't know the answer. Do I REALLY have to cancel my new policy and start over? I need to have this issue resolved asap.

Signing up was very easy
Signing up was very easy. Everything was explained clearly, what was covered and what wasn't covered. I was pressured. It's very confusing to own a new puppy and knowing people who have had horrible emergencies with their animals and had to put them down solely due to the costs is heartbreaking. Having insurance takes away one of the worries of having a pet.
