Trupanion has been the best investment…
Trupanion has been the best investment we ever could have made. When our healthy/fit 4yr old Rottie mix suddenly required TPLO surgery, we were thanking god we had this coverage. We were able to do direct billing right at the vet and it was such an easy process. Since then our dog has had one thing after another going on and Trupanion has had a LOT of claims from us. It’s always a flawless and easy experience and the claims come back super quick. I can honestly say, without Trupanion our dog likely wouldn’t be alive right now as we navigate pin pointing what’s going on with her. We’ve learned since signing up with Trupanion and talking with other dog owners with other insurance providers just how superior Trupanion is verses other providers out there. We will never own a dog again without this insurance. Something I never thought I would ever say about a insurance provider. Their monthly premium may be higher than others but if and when you have a dog suddenly get sick, require surgery or develop any lifelong issues unless you have thousands of $$$$ sitting around in your bank account to cover the $10,000 surgery.. that $80/m (based on breed factors.. ours may be high) will be the best monthly bill your paying for and a reliable provider working for you. Pretty sure we have submitted around $20,000 so far. Can’t stress the value of this insurance enough or how easy they are to work with.

Pet insurance saves lives!
Pet insurance saves lives! I hope you never need to use it, but Healthy Paws makes the claims process completely painless--you upload records and itemized bills, and they send you a reimbursement quickly. My adorable puppy endured two trips to the ER and will need surgery to recover from an unexpected birth defect. I'm not sure I could cover the cost alone, but with their help (and kind support, always asking how she's doing!), we can get through this.

So Impressed!!!!
I believe I left a review earlier but I feel compelled to leave another one. I cannot say how much I am impressed by Trupanion! I had a misconception about our plan so I had not been submitting claims. When I realized my incorrect ideas I submitted multiple claims & they were all processed & paid very very quickly. This new review is to reiterate my previous one. I submitted a claim yesterday afternoon & the payment was deposited to my bank account today!! WOW! So impressed! And they always want me to give my Presley a little extra love from them! Thanks Trupanion!!!!

never trust never again
I was a customer for months paid faithfully every month never late and when my poor girl got sick they acted like I was a complete stranger held my claim for two months just today no it’s or good or lapses! Bad company went elsewhere run!! These are our children don’t put them in there hands!!
