This was my first time to call and learn about the policy payout system of Trupanion. Amber listened well, heard my problem, and took steps to find out more information for me. She clearly understood both the types of issues my dog is facing AND the insurance system that I was seeking to understand more thoroughly. She did it all with authenticity, empathy and an appropriate sense of humor that helped it be an enjoyable call. I feel heard and more confident with my policy!

TRUPANION ROCKS
Trupanion is AWESOM. I hate my fur babies have the conditions they have However at least Trupanion is there. My husband did not believe me when I said they paid 90% and after I showed him he has concerns we are going to put Trupanion out of business. LOL I wish they signed up people as I would definitely replace my Blue Cross Medical insurance with Trupanion.
