Amazing Service!
I filed this claim online after returning home from the urgent care vet Sunday evening. Tuesday morning when I woke up, there was an email that the claim had been approved and the amount of the payment. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have used Ellie's insurance but each time I have been amazed at the ease of filing claims and the very timely manner the claims are paid. I would definitely recommend Trupanion!

It was easy to move through the prompts there was no option to add preventative wellness care and the site once you log in doesn't register that you've already purchased pet insurance so it tries it re-sell you the insurance
