Needs met, reasonable price
We compared several plans across the internet. ManyPets.com closely met our needs and was reasonably priced. I’m not sure how our new puppy’s needs will be met in the unfortunate event that a claim must be filed, and hope we don’t have to find out.

The lady I called who helped me on the phone was very nice & answered all my questions. I had a company discount code and wanted to see how to add it, this lady helped me and said it will work on my next billing. A couple days later, I got a call from her again saying the code was not valid. The fact that she called me back and let me know was just above and beyond! 👍🏾

Rates will dramatically increase
My insurance at the 1 year mark went from $75 to $120. I did not need to use the insurance as of when prices increased. Pretty disappointing to see that they reel you in with an affordable rate and as soon as you pass the holding period, rates jump. They also do not offer discounts for veterinary students (or any veterinary professional). Edit: generic replies don’t get you brownie points. I already reached out and was told “it’s based on the local cost of services, not insurance usage.” I work at the pet hospital, I know prices didn’t increase during that time.

Our dog
Our dog, Connie was sick & we took her to her vet in Red Bank, NJ. Once we received the bill, it was sent to ASPCA. They responded away when they received the claim. They kept us up-to-date on the progress of our claim. I would highly recommend them!

Quick turnaround this time. In that past 2 years during Covid the turnaround was 6 weeks or longer. This was much better - less than 2 weeks. Thank you
